As many of you have noticed there’s a new icon hanging around the bottom right corner of the system.
This great new tool is called Intercom and we added it to the system last week. Why? Very simple: because it allows us to provide an improved user experience. Prior to Intercom we offered online chat to companies that had 15+ users but as of last week we’re providing this service to all of our users: growers, importers, wholesalers and online buyers.
With this service we’re just a click away to answer any questions, help troubleshooting any problems or to receive valuable feedback from our users.
If you haven’t tried it give it a shot! It works great and it’s always fun connecting with our users to help them out or even just to say “hi”. We’re very excited about this tool and we’re sure that you’re going to love it as well!
