We have released a new feature that will allow the system to automatically create invoices and print shipping labels for incoming products that are associated to a prebook or standing order.
How can I set it up?
Go to Setup > Settings > Automatic Billing, and choose the option “Enabled on incoming scan” and click on “Save”.
Here is how it works:
Once the box is received and scanned in the warehouse, the system will automatically create the invoice for these items and will print the shipping label.
You will then be able to find the invoices that were created by going to Order Entry > Order Summary.
This process is simple yet effective since it allows you to automatically invoice the product as it’s being received in the warehouse.
