We’d like to apologize for the outage that we had yesterday 02/28 that started around mid noon EST and lasted for about 5 hours. Unfortunately Amazon Web Services, the company that we use to host Komet Sales, had some major issues with their main storage services (S3). This caused havoc on thousands of applications worldwide that just like us rely on Amazon’s infrastructure to power their services.
When we were aware of the problem our first and foremost priority was to keep our customers informed about the status of the issues.
