This basic course is intended for the salespeople that want to understand the Order Entry features and workflow within Komet Sales. You will learn how to manage orders, create new or temporary invoices, edit orders, add notes and additional charges to them. Demonstrated through a live session, you will become proficient at creating and tracking your orders, and invoicing them.
The sales team will be able to maximize the key components of the platform, optimizing the management of their orders and reduce their administrative work. By the end of the course, you will also have a good understanding of the different views and reports available of your orders.
