Komet Payment Processing:
1. ACH: 1% on ACH, minimum $1.00
2. Card: $0.25 per transaction on card plus:
a) 2.75% for the card-reader terminal in-person
b) 2.9% for invoices and E-commerce
3. Chargeback: $15 fee
4. Refunds: Komet will refund the variable (i.e $0.25 + 2.9%) portion of fees but charge a $1.00 per transaction refund fee to cover bank fees.
Capitalized terms have the meanings given to them in the Terms of Service, Quote or Purchase Order, as applicable if they are not otherwise defined in this Pricing Schedule.
