It’s been a year since we took a step closer into making your ideas a reality and improving our system to suit your needs. Our goal is always to make your processes easier and what better way to do this than by listening to our users! We would like to take a look back on our process and how we have made this happen.
The majority of our ideas were for the sales department category, as well as the majority of our developments:
Let’s take a look at some of the ideas that were made possible thanks to your help:
- Since we launched our Feedback Community, our users are able to identify K2K orders easily through an icon on the Order Entry tab as well as include K2K products as an individual item in Today’s Sales Dashboard in the home page.
- The Sales Team is able to download the Availability Report, which shows the items in stock (Open Market and Future Sales), as a PDF or Excel File.
- When associating Additional Charges to either Prebooks or Standing Orders, the system transfers these charges to the invoice. If the invoice already has the same charge, the system will only leave the additional charge with the greater value, instead of duplicating it.

The dynamic in our Feedback Community is super easy! All our users have to do is enter in the category they wish to share their ideas on and submit them, this automatically makes them visible to other Komet users that may find them helpful and vote on them. The idea with most votes will get developed.
We have currently developed 20,51% of the ideas submitted to our portal and we can make this number grow with your help, we want you to be active in our Feedback Community.
