Why it's a good idea to establish a "Short Name" for each location

Location names can be tricky: they're used to identify the locations and are used as the company name in the invoices, but sometimes these names can be just a bit too long when it comes to reports.
In order to address this, there's a field in the location setup called "Short Name". The purpose of this field is pretty self explanatory: it allows you to setup a short name for the location.
For example, if you have a location called Alcon Flowers Distributors, the title on a column gets too wide. This gets problematic when you have 5, 10 or 15+ more locations. However, when using short names, this problem goes away since the report titles will be smaller ("Alcon" vs "Alcon Flowers Distributors").
